For 20+ years Will has been in various commercial lending roles to include business banking, special assets management, underwriting and has focused only on SBA acquisitions for the last 10 years.

He is known for:

  • Educating prospective business owners on the options available to them, the rules of SBA financing, and relaying realistic timeframes.
  • Helping to navigate the complexities of the SBA 7a loan process from LOI to Commitment Letter to Closing.
  • Understanding the massive importance of adequate working capital for a new business owner in the first 3 years of ownership.

Will graduated with a BS in Managerial Accounting from Coe College (Cedar Rapids, IA) and has earned the Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor designation. He has been married to his wife, Susan, for more than 18 years and has two daughters. They currently reside in Jupiter, Florida. His passions outside of SBA are Trail Running with Annie the GSP, Alpine Fishing by way of backpacking, and family adventures.
